- I have been running AMosaic since I upgraded my A1200 with an
- accelerator card. I think that I have everything working now, but
- AMosaic seems to be a serious hog with Chip RAM. I constantly run out
- of Chip RAM when running it. Is it normal to run out of Chip RAM so
- easily, or is this a "feature" of AMosaic? I have great difficulties
- with external viewers running out of RAM. This just doesn't make
- sense to me. I am running a 7-bit (128 color), 800x600 Workbench, and
- I run AMosaic on the Workbench screen (although, I've also tried it on
- it's own screen). When I start AMosaic, I have about 1.3MB of Chip
- RAM left. I don't have problems runing out of Chip RAM with any other
- programs that I've noticed. I have tried IBrowse, but it crashes so I
- use Mosaic until the "real" IBrowse is finished (and hopefully quite
- stable).
